@Phil Fantastic voyage - story idea

Story idea
  1. Collection of bees in the hive being briefed on their job for today by the queen bee
  2. Diagrams showing the sunflowers and how the bees are going to pollinate them - here is where I will show labelled diagrams of the flowers explaining what each part of the flower does and how the bees will help the flower's reproduction
  3. The bees are then assigned their own flower couple to help reproduce
  4. The bees are then released from the hive
  5. The bee that is being focused on (Buzz) then goes on a journey finding his flower couple using an image of the flowers
  6. As its his first time pollinating he gets confused with what to do so he looks around trying to see what the other bees are doing.
  7. A bee mentor then comes over and reminds him of what to do
  8. He then understands his job and pollinates them

  1. Yep! Sounds like this will work very nicely, Tia - so what you need to identify now is a sort of art direction 'picture frame' to put around your story so you've got some clear design instructions - which will stop things from just being generic. You also want to ensure that your art direction privileges strong, simplified design so you're not building this vast universe of digital sets and very complex characters that will prevent you from completing your film. It could be as simple as this approach...

In other words - cute, shape-based, toy-like - which means that everything else in your film is designed in the same way...
