Here is the definitive influence map for the 'What if? Metropolis' project for my city 'Lalo'.

Here are my 76 to 90 thumbnails that I have created using my updated influence map. Using Phil's feedback I have looked more into how the buildings could be designed more organically. I've also considered what the inhabitants could use to access the higher buildings as well as how the buildings would be able to remain in position.

After receiving feedback from my first  OGR on the 'What if?' Metropolis project, I've looked into buildings who's shaping has been influenced by the natural form. I have also included other images that I believe would be relevant in creating my metropolis, such as some of my artist Dale Chihuly's sculptors, the environment I wish for my metropolis to set in and images of different colours of glass which would be used in the creation of my metropolis' buildings. 

The artist that I am collaborating with on this project is Dale Chihuly . Chihuly is a glass sculptor who was born in Tacoma, Washington, in the United States. Chihuly's work is inspired by his fascination of botanical gardens. He uses the organic shaping of different plants to design and create glass sculptors and installations of which he exhibits in botanical gardens and museums worldwide.  Shown in the influence map above are images of Chihuly's work. I have looked at each of the images and made notes on Chihuly's influences for each piece, the colours that he uses and sharpness of the edges. I will look at this influence map while creating my thumbnails.
