Premise - Set layout

I have decided to create the set for my animation using just one elongated 'room'. This is, as shown in the animatic, the diabetes monster walks to and is placed down into different parts of the set. In doing this it will be easier to navigate the camera around to the different mini sets within the 'room' and it will also be easier to place the character into the different mini sets. I have also decided on creating a surface shader in Maya for the scene that is completely white. In doing this I will be able to make it seem as though the monster is in an infinite space without the need to actually make it infinite.

The image below shows the scene with a grey lambert, I did this to show how the scene looks before the surface shader was applied.

The image below shows the scene as it would look in the animation with the surface shader applied.

The image below show how the scene will be split into sections. Some of the plain sections, such as section one, will be used multiple times throughout the animation as there are no props that need to be fixed into them.

Once I have completed creating all of the props, they will be placed into their sections and used in a pre-viz of the animation.
